Can one client have several sites, each with its own monthly invoice?
Yes. Each site is its own recurring invoice under the same client, or one invoice with a line per site, whichever your client prefers. The statement shows all of them.
What happens when a client does not pay?
Reminders go out automatically on the days you set. The Age Analysis module shows every account at 30, 60 and 90 days, and the Debt Collection module runs the final-demand sequence for you. You decide when a site goes on hold.
Can my supervisors use it on the road?
Yes. CRM Online works in any browser on a phone and can be added to the home screen like an app. Rosters, call-outs and incident reports are made for the phone.
