Nothing for the first 30 days, and no card is needed to start. After that it is R575 per month for up to 5 staff logins and 10 GB of storage. No VAT is added: CRM Online is not a VAT vendor at present. Need more people? Add 5 more logins for R287.50 per month. Modules are priced separately, from R20 per month, and every module has its own 30-day free trial.
Go to signup.crmonline.co.za, enter your business details and choose your CRM link, for example yourname.crmonline.co.za. Verify your email and your CRM is built for you within minutes. Your sign-in details arrive by email.
No. Nothing is charged during the trial. When you are ready you subscribe from inside your CRM, month to month, and you can cancel at any time.
If you subscribe, nothing changes: you carry on with everything you have set up. If you do not, your CRM goes read-only. Your data is kept for you, and you can subscribe later or download what you need. We never delete a customer's data without notice.
Customers and contacts with a customer portal, leads, quotes and invoices, credit notes, projects and tasks, expenses, staff logins and permissions, automated emails and reports. Rand, South African time and the VAT settings for your own invoices are already set up.
Add-ons you switch on inside your CRM when you need them: WhatsApp Connect, Statement Manager, Age Analysis and more every month. Each one is free for 30 days, then a fixed monthly price. Remove a module at any time; the data it created stays yours and can be downloaded as a spreadsheet.
